Instituto Dacor is a non-governmental organization that fights racism in Brazil by systematizing and disseminating knowledge and proposing public and private policies for racial equity based on evidence.
Why We Invested
We see value in the systemic work on anti-racist public policies that Dacor undertakes by advising secretariats and third sector organizations, directly addressing the major gap in support for the implementation of policies for racial equity. In its two years of operation. Dacor has the ability to embrace a vision of systemic change while at the same time dialoguing with the needs of the school floor, contributing materials and practices that make sense to teachers, principals and municipal departments.
It is urgent to consider the past, implement actions in the present and build a future of equality and overcoming racism.
