Vetor Brasil (Vetor) believes an engaged and diverse network of professionals can further enhance the impact of the public sector and scale positive changes and transformation to the country. It works with government agencies to implement innovative solutions in people management.

Why We Invested

We support Vetor Brasil’s DEI programs, Ubuntu and Development Managers for Racial Equity, which aim, respectively, to elevate the participation of Black and Indigenous leaders in the public sector; and to increase racial literacy among both white and non-white participants. Both programs work to create more quality and inclusive policies and practices and reduce institutional racism. We invested in Vetor because of its unique focus on racial literacy for the public sector—one that will help transform public leadership among Black and Indigenous communities.

Solutions to Brazil's major social and economic challenges pass through governments. And, for Vetor, having well-prepared professionals is essential to solve these challenges. We will be the bridge for these agents of change in society and the state to meet.
