South Africa has a growing youth population bursting with promise — young people between the ages of 15-34 make up 36% of the entire population. Pursuing higher education can provide cushioning in an already precarious labor market, where nearly half of all young people are unemployed. Maharishi Invincibility Institute supports the dreams of South Africa’s promising talent from underserved communities by addressing barriers that have traditionally excluded them from pursuing higher education and attaining fulfilling careers.
The Maharishi Invincibility Institute aims to become a self-sufficient education and job-placement machine to change the lives of thousands of marginalised youth through shifting our model from an education-based theoretical model to a demand-led industry model. Through our partners we have created relevant industry academies that give young people an edge in accessing high-quality work in key growth sectors in the SA Economy and in sectors of global relevance and significance.
